Tulasi Padmashree
Some reshape their times.
NTR belongs to the latter.
He is not merely a name. He is an era, an enduring movement and a living current of collective consciousness.

I am Tulasi Padmashree. For more than four decades, my life has been deeply intertwined with society working with children and women, responding to moments of crisis, standing through struggles, and engaging in quiet, sustained efforts toward change. This journey has continued steadily, guided by commitment rather than visibility.
My academic path was never confined to a single discipline. I pursued an M.Sc. in Botany and an M.Sc. in Nutrition, and trained in Yoga, Psychology, and Counselling, along with studies in Sociology. Yet beyond degrees and disciplines, it was society and lived experience that shaped me most deeply. Books gave me knowledge; life gave me understanding.
Change does not come from words alone. It grows from commitment and is strengthened by sacrifice. With this conviction, I founded the Maarpu Welfare Society not simply as an organisation, but as a long-term social mission and a collective responsibility toward society.
Educational programmes in schools, women’s empowerment initiatives, health camps, counselling services, disaster relief efforts, environmental protection, ecological awareness, and plantation drives may appear as separate activities. In reality, they are interconnected expressions of social responsibility. Each effort, however modest, contributes to meaningful change.
For me, writing is not a luxury. It is a responsibility to readers who care about society and to those who value literature. Through books, stories, and poems, my aim has been not ornamentation, but awareness, not display but conscience.
Sociology teaches a simple truth, many seek to understand society, but few attempt to change it. NTR was not merely one among those few who embodied that purpose.
He was not just an actor, nor merely a political leader. He was a యుగపురుషుడు a man shaped by his time and a force that reshaped it. In his leadership, the self respect of the Telugu people was not reduced to a slogan; it became a shared awakening and a powerful call to action.
An era like NTR cannot be captured in a single article or contained within the pages of one book. He remains a living chapter of history. No matter how much one writes about him, it will never feel sufficient. This is not admiration alone it is responsibility.
The quiet strength that has sustained me throughout this journey has always been my family.
To live with social responsibility as a way of life, and to translate that responsibility into action and words, my journey rests on one unwavering conviction:
ఎన్టీవోడు has never left me. And I have never left ఎన్టీవోడు.
This is not a slogan.
This is my direction.
This is my path.
